Staff was rude & there no had all salad , looking like they closing shop permanently & when i opened fridge for drink , that was smelling very bad & fridge was off & all three subs was totally cold

The store price is different from that of the app. The price offered by the store staff is at least £1 per item more expensive than the app. The hygienic conditions are not good. The staff heated the bread + meat + vegetables together. After reheating, the whole food was soaked with moisture from the vegetables. , the vegetables were perfectly cooked and surprisingly cooked.

I ordered a 6? meatball marinara subway with caramelised onions and bacon added on.
I was expecting to pay 40-60p for anything extra. They charged me £1.60 for the onions and 60p for the bacon, which they neglected to inform me of the cost.
Then, I asked what drink comes with the meal deal so many times, they mentioned cold drinks. I asked about a hot chocolate (it?s cold and late) they make the hot chocolate then tell me it?s not a part of the meal deal! So I asked if I could have a Dr Pepper then? And then they told me that?s not a part of the meal deal either!
So? I gave up on the meal deal and having a drink at all because we were getting no where.
I still can not tell you what drink I could have had. No idea.
They must do better, honestly.
And why the hell are cooked onions more than twice the cost of bacon?? It?s a tiny bit of them too? non sense.

I ordered online for delivery. They called me up to say they were out of the drink I ordered which was great.
When the order arrived the delivery guy was friendly, but my order was wrong.
It wasn't toasted and there was a piece missing which was pretty disappointing considering how much it cost

Awful experience. The guy nearly left off my Monterey Jack cheese and when I pointed it out didn't know what it was. Then the woman who done the veggies would not let me have sweetcorn and gherkins instead of the listed lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes becuase it's not on the menu. The whole point of Subway is to select what you want? Had an embarrassing argument and then finally gave in and said 'only this once' what the hell? Couldn't wait to leave and never to return!

Stacked bacon and cheese order- the sandwich I received looked nothing like what was described and was lacking bacon and cheese in comparison to every other subway restaurant I have been to, I travel for work and go to many different subways, I am disappointed paying £10 for something I could make at home for around £2-£3, it is normally worth while getting this sandwich, definitely not from this subway!!!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Subway, which has compelled me to share my thoughts in the hopes that improvements will be made, There was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence, even though the store was not busy,When I finally did get someone?s attention, the service was rushed and unfriendly??The employee taking my order was impatient and did not seem to care about getting it right. They are not explaining about extra portioins anything?, The attitude of the staff further added to the negative experience. They appeared disinterested and even annoyed when asked simple questions?, Overall, my visit to Subway was very disappointing. The combination of unprofessional staff, poor service. And finally i hope that subway management Please ? take these issues seriously and works on important the quality of service and training their employees.

Staff was very rude when taking orders, not even listening customers requirement politely?Food was really tasty but their portioning and chargers are not really worthy at all.
Importantly staff with white skin coloured is really rude to me when asking about things that are unknown by me, not explaining with patience
Never ever coming back to this store again with, no politeness at all.

Asian guy working doesn't understand anything.Before I ordered I asked if a drink was included in the price and he said afterwards when I go to pay he says no and it additional! Hire people who understand the language.

It?s bad enough the cost of your subs going over 9 quid now and the rest instead of the good old days of £3.99-7 deals but when did you start ripping us off further by slicing the cheese in half that?s not even spiced anymore. Barely a slice a sub 2 ridiculously small squares and being a fast food brand you?re supposed to have an image that stays the same! Don?t even argue with a chef who has had fast food experience at domino?s and kfc and McDonald?s prior to becoming chef de partie. You know what a Big Mac looks like every time you order it so why are you scrimping on and altering your entire ingredients.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If me and my husband could give 0 stars we would! They put our order down for collection when I asked for it to be delivered during the ordering process. My husband and I do not drive and have to rely on public transport, so it will cost £16 to get there and £16 to get back!!! With the cost of living being up, people do not have the money to waste! Thank you Subway Bedford Road, that?s £29.16 you have taken from my husband absolutely disgusting!!! This place is a terrible place very unhelpful, rude staff who instead of helping customers with their problems, they hang up the phone!!! Only reason we went to this Subway is because the one opposite us was closing for the evening, otherwise we would?ve ordered from that one as the staff there are brilliant and are in no way incompetent! They have lost our service, will not be ordering from here ever again!!!
