Apart from Joey, who was really good, other staff were pretty slow and started making the wrong drink for us. Our app order hadn't come through, so it was a long wait.

Great coffee, clean store, unfortunately service let them down a little, I am a disabled customer and requested if my coffee could please be brought to the table for me (note the store was quite unless I with someone I only go in when quite) my name was called several times in end I had to struggle to get up and go over and remind them (I use a walking aid plus have 1 wrist in plastercast so not possible to carry coffee) and I got a sorry message not passed on !!! Food choices were limited when we stopped shopping for an early lunch, which was a surprise as I expected the shelves to be better stocked. Lots of empty tables had plates and cups on them, which made it look messy. The coffees were if the usual high standard though.

The tables had not been cleared for a while and at least 5 had cups and empty sugar packets on and when they were actually cleared they weren't wiped n washed so sticky n had drips on n had a long wait for service n our drinks.

Sitting in Starbucks wondering why I did not go somewhere else. A total of 26 minutes to receive a hot chocolate with only 2 people in front of me that wanted a fruit cooler and a plain flat white.The store is dark and gloomy with piles of plates and coffee cups on every table. You?ve got 2 members of staff in the office shouting and laughing with foul language being used. Especially on a Sunday morning with children present in the store.Coffee and croissant that I ordered were disgusting and tasted of cardboard or lukewarm coffee. Surprising since it took 26 minutes to make.Something needs to happen in store with an actually manager to help the young team with little experience
