I have been coming here for rears now - I see bad reviews about Diana and totally dismiss them - Diana is an extremely hard working lady - makes the effort to please. I understand many people have mental health issues nowadays and expect staff to act like servants - this is unacceptable. The arrogance of people is sometimes staggering in fact. Why does Starbucks not have one of those signs we see everywhere stating that rude behavior to staff is not tolerated!

I?ve been to this Starbucks 3 times now and all 3 times the service from the staff has been diabolical. I always give places a chance but I won?t be coming back to this branch anymore.
The staff all 3 times have been very rude to not only myself but to my partner. Not only are they rude when taking your orders, they?re rude when they hand you the order. All 3 times, the staff have been different members of staff too, which makes it worse.

Awful service from Diana - I think that was her name - oldish lady - put me off buying coffee from this branch ever again. Miserable and unnecessary comments by her, she clearly enjoys telling her customers off for the most stupid reasons, as many previous comments suggest.

Very lacklustre attitude from staff. They did it because the coffee bean smells terribly? This is probably one of the worst Starbucks in terms of customer service. The manager of this store should be replaced. We don?t owe you a living. Explain why the Starbucks share had tanked big time since the start of the year. Suggest the CEO put on a Mission Impossible mask and check it out himself!

I gave service and atmosphere and overall score a 1 star. I finally found out their names but Diana and Sam are extremely unprofessional (messing around, eye rolls to and about customers and obnoxious), extremely rude (which other customers agree with) and just overall extremely negative when they work. I've stopped coming here the last few weeks due to their disgusting behaviour and this store is not worth spending my hard earn money in with service like that. I'm utterly shocked they work in hospitality. It's not for them.
