Dire customer service, except for a handful of staff who must get fed up with the rest. Trying to but football boots and trainers and there is no one in the entire shoe department. Loads of people standing around waiting, had to walk to the end of the store to ask, they radio?d and someone emerged from the warehouse and barely spoke to customers.

The worst costumer service I came across in this shop . Rather than working staff smokes outside are unhelpful or nowhere to be found. Would give zero but no option available

Shocking customer service. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and the 3 members of staff I asked for help said it wasn't their department and then 2 wondered off to have a chat. When someone from 'shoes' finally appeared he started helping a lady who'd just walked in despite me clearly waiting to be helped. Clearly the manager's day off!!!

Waited in queue for 6 mins, to pay only to be told to go and wait somewhere else, then waited again for 6 mins. Ideally more cashiers would make this a better experience. Maybe a little more training required, as I wouldn't have minded so much if I hadn't had to wait in a slow queue twice.

Staff are the most miserable in any sports direct I've ever been to. Won't be returning. Not helpful takes forever to do anything even get shoes and when u ask them anything they look at you like you are a problem or that it's too much to ask. My advice go further and get better service

Fraction of the stock compared to online. For a large store they manage to pack it with multiples of a few trainers.

Store open and clean, staff busy but collected boots that I was looking for, went to pay on second floor and was sent downstairs by a polite gentleman. Cashier downstairs, once he noticed me, apologised and served me immediately. Will go there again.

You can't use your blue light Card anymore, I guess no point going to this shop now, lack of staff, overpriced items and quality appears poorer now. Shame.
