Hi,
Just been to this garage ladymead , the guy who is working only looks like he is working but he doesn?t want to serve customer customers , and its not only first time before aswell you keep knocking the window no one bothered to come looks like he is sleeping while working in room, i ask for biscuits and a coffee , he gave me a biscuit pack but he said coffee machine is on cleaning mode , when i checked through glass there was no cleaning at all , machine was cleaned, he basically dont bothered to make a coffee , you should look his activities while i was at site i attached receipts and i can he don?t want to serve customer he only want to get paid while he sleeping in store room.i use woodbridge garage but couple ls of time i pop up here and always don?t bother to serve customer, now after served i ask him for a receipt and now he know i am going to make a complaint he is very active now. Very disappointed, someone should monitor these people who want to get paid for free.

Great Shell petrol station with great customer services. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very convenient to go to on my way home, when I get off the A3. Highly recommended!

The Indian woman serving in this place is consistently shockingly rude, offering exceptionally bad customer service. This is an Amazon drop-off location that packages and sends to Amazon returned items. Today she decided not to accept returns because she had run out of boxes. She had the plastic bags (which is all I needed) but she refused to use one because she had decided. I have reported her to Amazon and I hope to never see her again. We'll also be buying Shell petrol elsewhere for as long as she works there. I gave 1 star only because that's the only way to get this review posted. If you fancy being treated like dirt, go there and wait to be served by her.

I recommend this petrol station. Staff is very friendly and I always come here to fill my car. One time staff gave me almost half of the scratch cards for a chance to win some good prices. Would have given 5 stars if one of those cards let me win ?

My "local" Shell station, ,with another just around the corner on Woodbridge Road. Being a Costa Coffee lover and performance car owner Shell V-Power fuels keep them going as the Costa Coffees do me. Cash point outside, clean toilet, efficient staff.
