A well-maintained service station, always tidy and clean. The on-site shop is very convenient for those passing through: it offers a good selection of snacks, drinks, and small items useful for the journey. It's also ideal for a quick coffee break. Perfect for a practical and pleasant stop.

After paying and scanning my loyalty key fob, the man serving asked me if I minded using the app. I presume he meant the key fob had not worked, but then he opened up the questionnaire regarding the visit and rated himself 5/5 for all questions without asking me. As well as being dishonest, the worst part is that he touched my phone without my consent. Gross.

Absolutely awful night staff in disabled an bp was not open so went here on my 3 wheel frame I got there asked if there was any offers on energy drinks which I was told no so said oknillnhave any fruity monster staff replied how many to which I asked how much they were he said £2 odd so si said if they are 2.50 each or less I will have 2 for him to tell.me if I want deal go tesco in morning an he walked of an told me to go. He gave me attitude fro the moment I got s the window to order as shop shut I will never go here again if this hownthere staff treat people especially a disabled man who's walked there

The manager of this station clearly doesn?t care about customer service. When I raised a complaint about a faulty pump, he was rude and dismissive. The staff seem untrained and unmotivated, which reflects poor leadership. Instead of solving problems, the manager just makes excuses. This place needs a serious change in management

Very rude customer service I can?t believe how that guy still working in the Shell company his name is Varun he normally work in night shift it?s the third time he?s been rude to me and after he stopped serving me and I know many people complaining about this guy but unfortunately he?s still working in that shell and stop serving many people

Outstanding customer service! I visited the Shell station late at night when I was in urgent need of charging my phone, and Varun went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to assist, which made a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find such thoughtful and helpful employees these days. Thank you, Varun, for your exceptional service, I truly appreciated it!
