I recently visited this store, and I must say, the service was exceptional! I was looking for a specific product, and Naren, a staff member at the store, went above and beyond to help me find it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the store and making sure I found exactly what I needed. His friendly and helpful attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. I appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this store to others!

Terrible experience!
So I hear that if you give feedback on their app, the staff get a bonus. I went in on 10-02-25 at around 5pm. The lady took my phone to scan the shell card, she decides to take the phone and start filling out the feedback form on the app! I had to take my phone off her and say no thanks. Unbelievable.

Paid for my petrol. Incompetent staff didn?t process properly and I receive a fine in the post saying I just drove off!!!! DISGRACEFUL STAFF.

AVOID! I was sold 2 OUT OF DATE sandwiches, tuna and prawn mayo to make matters worse! Don?t live locally otherwise I would?ve gone back. Absolutely unacceptable, look at the state of that tuna. £8.90 for two sandwiches is ridiculous and the guy at the desk was so unhelpful, meal deal was not possible allegedly. £5.20 for a deep filled Prawn sandwich seems to be high too considering it?s £4.50 on the Waitrose site, make it make sense.

The goods in this shop are so expensive! It was bad enough before the recent change, but now the prices are extortionate. At least before you could go in at certain times of day and had a chance of finding some reasonable price reductions, but not now - the reductions still leave the prices ridiculously high. I won't use the shop anymore.

Closed at 5.30pm on a Tuesday evening. Lots of staff inside maybe a stock check but how stupid during its busiest period.. rubbish service

Don't expect help from staff. The bearded princess behind the till refused to help a disabled customer fill air in their car tyres as the machine wasn't working properly. He told us different instructions when we complained he said "call Shell and tell them, it's nothing to do with me". Worst customer service ever.
