A few months ago I received a call from Paul who asked if I?m looking to buy any material at the time, as I was doing a small project he asked to give them a chance to price it, suspended my purchase elsewhere and sent him an email but have not been contacted since, even to tell me they wouldn?t be able to price it.
Today I was doing a click and collect, ended up having to wait for about 20 minutes as new starter couldn?t process it and had to wait for him colleague (to be clear nothing against him, perfectly nice guy who explained and apologised about the situation a few times). His colleague on the other hand has seen me waiting but was too busy talking to someone else, decided to keep ignoring me when walking by on multiple occasions and he finally came back, told me to go find it myself, never mentioned anything about me having to wait and being ignored.

This branch is different with other branches. As trader accounts, you have ask them for discount, and every time they give different percentage of discount. First day they agree with 20%, second day, changed their mind- maximum 18%. But we also go to other branches all over UK, all give 20%discount, no issues!

I use the store on a weekly basis. I buy a lot from here the staff for generally very helpful and there's normally the tills the only thing I would say is it would be better if they stored your information better on their system with regards trade discounts but apart from that I highly recommend them

The staff were rude and seemed completely unprofessional, the place was unclean even though I visited early to opening, was clear there had been no cleaners in for a while. The panels I purchased ended up growing a kind of mold and when I took it back the staff were just as unhelpful as when I?d bought them and said there was nothing they could do about it, honestly would of given no stars if possible, please save yourself the stress and hassle and go elsewhere, I hope this review helps.
