Baby changing toilet is locked and staff said the key is long lost. The obvious solution is to get a new key, which would be especially easy as there is a Timpsons locksmith right outside .

Store is well-sized and usually you can get what you need. Unfortunately some of the till staff are not too helpful. When using the self-checkouts, a lady was taking baskets away but also took coupons that had printed while I was still scanning, without me even having the chance to look at them. I hadn?t said I wanted them thrown! May seem trivial but at least wait until the customer is gone before clearing the machines ????

Today I visited the Sainsbury's supermarket in Guildford and was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention dedicated to the flower and plant department.
Wide selection of fresh flowers: The department offers a wide range of fresh flowers, with a variety of colours and types to suit every need.
Attention to detail: The presentation of the flowers and plants is impeccable, with particular attention to cleanliness and order.
Welcoming atmosphere: The supermarket as a whole is very well-maintained, clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant shopping experience.
Negative aspects:
I noticed a limited selection of perennial plants, which could be a drawback for those looking for long-term options

Very little vegan choice. No vegan cheese section (this is because there were only 3 types of vegan cheese). Disappointing.
A lot better. More vegan choice.
