Four supposed attempts to deliver medication with no access to two delivery addresses. Someone in at both addresses. No cards left on any attempts. Your delivery agents are totally useless your customer service is an automated pathetic uninformed load of rubbish too. You deserve to lose the franchise for delivering mail. I would happily pay more for a service fit for purpose. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER.

Hardly ever open, or pick and choose when they will be.Disrespect your time saying they?ll re-deliver, then they don?t. Complete shambles of an organisation. Can?t even do the original job they?re paid to do.

The Guildford office is no longer a mail center (sorting office), and hasn't been so for at least 10 years. All mail posted in GU, TW, SW & KT postcode areas is now sent to the Jubilee Mail Center at Houndslow and then returned to the appropriate delivery office.Guilford office is now only a delivery office.

Parking can be a nightmare sometimes and the new hours definitely aren't convenient. But the staff are nice enough and I've never had a problem here.

Completely random opening hours, seem to open and close whenever they like. I was stood outside today at 10am Wednesday looking at signs on the door and in the window that says they are open all day Wednesday. So why is the door closed and all the lights off then!?!?!?!?

As a business owner regularly dropping off click and drop parcels, with the opening hours now 8am - 10am this does nothing to help small online businesses at all and in fact will force them to use other delivery services. I have been a loyal RM user for my business for the past 15 or so years and the service has always been extremely good. I am loathed to go to the likes of Evri, but what other choice do I have if the opening hours are going to so unhelpful. Very disappointed :-(

It's shocking that RoyalMail have decided to reduce the opening times to 8am-10am in the morning when we rely on this important depot to process our Click & Drop parcels. One star for RoyalMail but 5 stars for the fantastic staff working here.

Went to collect my parcel and there was nowhere to park outside. I had to park further down the road and had my 1 year old with me ( I had no pram so was carrying my son) . The tall, brown haired man at the sorting office got my parcels and helped me by carrying them to my car. Just wanted to say thank you and that it was very much appreciated.
