Have attended Rowlands Pharmacy 1 to 2 times per week for last 2 years. All the team are really helpful , really quick and work very hard. lucky to have them. Niamh deserves a special mention? Knows her stuff, and will be an amazing Pharmacist one day ?Steve L

Always go above and beyond. I know this from being a ?regular customer? unfortunately, they will go to great lengths to fulfill prescriptions, give advice and information and are always pleasant, even in this busy busy climate they are always happy to help. The do not get enough recognition for the work they do as we all are willing to complain but rarely bother to post positive reviews. Well done ?

Poorly run.. often find prescriptions missing....have to wait 5 days after ordering.

Very poor service delivery. I had a message saying my prescription was ready yet when I went to collect it 3 days later a vital component was missing. They are citing supply issues however this does not help with my type 1 diabetes management. No information as to how long before the prescription is fully fulfilled. This is not the first time I have experienced such issues. It?s no wonder there is such a high suicide rate in people with long term medical conditions!

Now owned by German conglomerate who allegedly decided to have centralised UK dispensing adding delays to many prescription turnarounds. Phone rarely answered promptly.

As a patient of the Fairlands Medical Practice in the same building, I have used the Rowlands Pharmacy for ten years now and am very impressed by their helpfulness. They answer their telephone quickly, they get to know their regular customers and are unfailingly polite and helpful. There is also a delivery service on Thursdays. It is a real part of the Fairlands community and very well thought of.
