over the last few years the quality of service from the youngsters has contributed to poor service would give it zero stars but for a lovely old lady who went out of her way and upstairs to get my product as the floor above was closed unlike the young lady who was obviously more senior who just stood there giving orders yet completely ignored customers

Absolutely zero stars! Been there 3 times to pick up my DHL parcel, every time there is a problem that they cannot find it and after making a big deal they magically found it! What I didn?t notice when I have picked up my parcel today, that the box has been OPENED! This is unacceptable, that means stuff can easily be stolen! Avoid at any cost

Extremely poor access for wheelchair users. Staff were aware I was having issues manoeuvring the shop floor but made no effort to ask if they could help or move their stock trolleys out of my way. I really do enjoy shopping for myself but feel frustrated when just a little bit of thought could go into the layout and not leaving stock trolleys in the way of wheelchair users.

1) As a very loyal customer, I wrote complaining that they had withdrawn a top quality product which I bought regularly. Customer Services told me it wasn't available.
2) I replied that they hadn't told me anything new. Customer Services told me that it wasn't in stock.
3) I said that they hadn't told me why or what alternative I should use. Also they weren't even passing my comments to their decision makers. They ignored it.
4) They may as well replace Customer Services with AI bots! I'm a lot less loyal now.

There are a range of items you might need at home, especially if you've just moved in. But always a good practice to canvas for prices first. Some items are good and cheap and some aren't.

Terrible customer experiences at your Guildford shop: the manager is happy to collect money from a transaction but not to accept responsibility when things may go wrong!!!I was just trying to check the product AFTER I paid, the manager said I?m too busy to look after your need, don?t block the way!

Great store just shame the lift has been broken for over 3 months. Missing out on some customers here but still great staff and always on hand to help

Previously good store now inaccessible.The store has historically been very useful - good range of DIY items & friendly staff...But for the past ~14months, the lift has been broken. Staff mentioned that head office has just stopped listening when they raise this.Making the main DIY items totally inaccessible and not pursing a fix or (e.g.) moving some key DIY items downstairs is poor.
