and I super comfortable ? very personable, easy to talk to and ask questions. She showed us a lot of options and made excellent suggestions. We left with her recommendations and plan on being back!

Went in today to look at a swim suit and bikini i had seen in the window that i really liked the look of for myself. One of the ladies in the shop asked if she could help me. I explained that i liked the look of the swimsuit. I was asked if it was for myself. Then advised after being looked at up, and down that the swimsuit wouldn't fit me and wouldnt be any good for my figure. I was shown an alternative swimsuit which i'd probably wear if i was in my eighties.
I left the shop feeling utterly humiliated and fat shamed from the choice of words and the way the staff member looked at me. Needless to say i wont be returning.

I have visited this small store multiple times but 3 months ago I bought two swimsuits from there. I liked the quality and the design of my swimsuit but the price was too expensive. Even I was interested to try and buy them, the staff was snob and not interested to assist me this time. Thanks to Tyrian who assisted me as she was the reason I bought them. I cannot recommend this store because the customer service mostly is poor and too expensive .

Thank you for great service this evening despite nearing your closing time.I have shopped previously at this store and the service from the staff has been great.The manager Dawn was very forthcoming and willing to sort out my problem. In fact both the manager and her assistant was very helpful . Thank you and I will continue to shop at Rigby and Peller Guildford.

Delighted to say my experience at Rigby and Peller in Guildford earlier this week was superb thanks to Dawn.Dawn greeted me warmly and immediately tuned into my needs. She was kind , empathetic and I left feeling a very valued customer. Thank you !I would also add that after 10 years of investing in Rigby and Peller lingerie the quality continues to be exceptional and their bras last well and are a luxury worth investing in for our breast health !Their sports bras are excellent especially if one is full bosomed and active in the gym or a regular runner ! ?

Beautiful bras and some lovely ones in sale. Unfortunately nothing had prices on them. Just stickers saying percentage of discount. Two sales staff were busy with customers when i walked in. But then those customers left and the staff just stood there talking to each other. Didnt even acknowledge my presence. Left empty handed.
