Reiss is one of the few brands that we consistently go back to. They?re expensive but clothes are always good. Staff here have been friendly and attentive. The selection is great as the store is big. Very clean and well presented.

I was there buying shoes and I had no idea about styles and fit until the manager? Came along and took control.
I think her name was Mannsi. She was patient, had a very good knowledge about the shoes and fit, I was very impressed with her totally professional way of helping me, she spent time showing me all the suitable options and I didn't feel pressured as I did in Russell and Bromley.
I was so impressed I even bought some other items that Mannsi recommended complimented my outfit.
I rarely send a review, as excellent service is so hard to find these days.
I am a director for a large German prestige car manufacturer soI know the value of such gifted people such as Mannsi.
Well done, and hope to see you again in January.

I have to share with you a marvellous experience I had at the weekend whilst visiting Reiss Guildford.
I was greeted and approached by a young lady with dark hair, I guess 'Mansi?'
I was looking for a suit for a wedding and had no idea about fit colour, style etc.
However, Mansi came to my rescue and gave me a personalised service that I never had before.
She really was so professional, and made the whole process very simple for me, and I was very very happy with my purchase.
I would highly recommend Reiss Guildford for a great customer experience.

The mature lady with blond curly hair seemed somewhat nice at first but while I was trying to find an item with XS size to gift my friend, she got somewhat mad and angry with clear attitude after she went in storeroom to check if the size available for some models as most of them are not in stock at the store. I mean I am also sorry that she had to go find the size for me more than one time but it's clearly her job if she cannot do it let somebody else do it instead of showing obvious anger to customer. Terrible experience.

Sophie?s attention to detail and patience while I tried on different outfits made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out.

I always have a good time in Reiss Guildford and today was no different. Staff were helpful. They called customer service for me as their system don?t recognised my gift card that was 2 years old. In the end all good. They issued me a new gift card and I left the shop with 2 items. Perfect.

I tried to order a dress for my wife and told it can only be done online for store collection. In the past as a regular customer, whenever she has ordered or purchased in store, she has always benefitted from a -10% VIP discount but I was told there is no such discount code for online ordering and they couldn't process a 10% discount credit on collection of the item. As an alternative, when I asked what stores might have the item in stock I was unhelpfully told to use the internet, whereas the previous staff led by Nia and Sophie always helped locate pieces before. The recent wholesale staff changes at the store have sadly resulted in a massive detriment to what has always hitherto been excellent customer experience.

Ordered online and selected Guildford, arrived in store and told I need to collect my order from Next? After the inconvenient walk across town in the rain, I attempted to collect my order from Next menswear, I was told the tills were not working so I had to collect from Next womenswear, I then I had to queue for >10 mins in Next womenswear?. Shambles. Inconvenient. Never again. Reiss is a premium product so I expect a premium customer experience. Cost reduction is clearly taking priority over them making life easy for their customers.

Bought a suit for a special occasion and the staff here were so friendly and accommodating.Big shout out to Sophie who helped me with my alterations which came back in less than 2 weeks, exactly how I wanted them. Extremely friendly and accommodating.Favourite Mens clothing shop in Guildford ?

This is my favourite shop in Guildford. It's so hard to find beautiful women's clothing that is matched by its quality. Agree the prices are a little more than the other higher end women's boutiques, but well worth every penny1Love the staff in here, so attentive.
