I just put my sandwich back on the shelf as I was queuing and caught sight of the staff..awful! Mostly scruffy, unkempt looking..would not want them touching my food. I thought presentation of its staff was something Pret prided itself on? Guildford branch. Saturday 16th November approx 2pm

Ordered extra hot skinny capp White.
First it came out with chocolate on top when I wanted a white cappuccino. Then, when I returned it and I got back the replacement, It was terrible, Ended up throwing most of it away. Not hot, just tasted like milk, no taste of coffee at all. Very disappointing

Prices have increased massively. £20 for two baguettes, two packs of Crisps, bottle of water and a coffee. The coffee was poor, I have had better from greggs. Will avoid in future.

Always fast service when collecting a drink in the morning.Pret subscription gives 5 drinks a day plus 20% off other purchases (sandwiches etc) which is really handy for buying lunch.

There is a foreign lady with brown hair and brown eyes. This particular member of staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have been to pret several times and every-time she is there she has an attitude. I asked for a straw and she said they don?t have any where there were some at the back and I could see them. A child asked her for more milk in the hot chocolate and she stared at him before hesitantly taking it to give it to him. She didn?t say anything the entire time. When i asked for a napkin she sighed and rolled her eyes before hesitantly getting it for me. This particular member of staff should not be working at pret or anywhere to do with customer services. Her people skills are appalling and she should not be working in a place where customer service is very important She?s quite small in height and has an accent when she speaks. She looks mediterranean.

Prices have risen astronomically but also reduced sandwich filling so either do one or the other over £17 for two baguettes, one bottle of water and a chocolate bar. Time to avoid the chains I think!

Fairly sure the coffee was burnt. It was an americano, its not rocket science guys.
