Not sure what happened to my local branch visually. Overnight it has become a soleless and depressing environment to visit. Upon speaking to the exceptional helpful staff they explained that was the new look. It has made a really negative impact on my shopping experience in comparison to my other suppliers. Absolutely awful!..pity

Really appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff.. John Anthony and Brian make a great team..If item not in stock,they're usually able to find an alternative or place an order promptly.. Keep up the good work

Always helpful and friendly. A plumbers merchant that doesn't condescend non-plumbers which is something of a rarity. Good advice and always good stock levels.
