Very bizarre experience. This company cold called me from the number registered on their website. Telling me they were calling from 3 mobile. A lady caller. When I replied, no your not calling from 3. She asked why I would say that. I explained the caller ID shows the number (which I read out) and the business name, which I also read out. She hung up. So either someone has cloned the number or theirs something fishy going on at this business

Fantastic suppliers. John absolutely bent over backwards this week to help me revive some old parts on my own boiler. He was particularly proactive in resolving the issue when most would have just tried to sell me new parts. I am a plumber/ heating engineer and I have been using this branch for 18 years, John is the best manager yet, coupled with Ant and Tracy it's a fantastic team! Wolsey should send this Trio on an all expenses paid trip somewhere as thanks as they are a credit to the company.

Not sure what happened to my local branch visually. Overnight it has become a soleless and depressing environment to visit. Upon speaking to the exceptional helpful staff they explained that was the new look. It has made a really negative impact on my shopping experience in comparison to my other suppliers. Absolutely awful!..pity
