“Olivia dealt with my and my complete ignorance to all things make up. She found some excellent product matches for my combination skin across several different ranges. It was a big ask as this was make up for my wedding. I would highly recommend her and the shop (space NK) when searching for the right product as opposed to being sold whatever the assistant deals with on a specific counter.”

It was absolutely fantastic and her and the team (Rose and Tash) went above and beyond to make it a special experience, particularly as we brought our poodle, Lola, with us and they kept her entertained! Me and my friend visited the store yesterday and my friend unfortunately was quite upset due to personal issues and a lovely lady who works in the men’s department I believe with blonde hair ( I didn’t quite catch her name sorry) went above and Beyond in assisting us and helping my friend. She took time out of her day to help us and I’m very thankful. The staff upstairs in the cafe were also lovely.”
