I was lucky to spend nine days in Peaslake Village and loved the pies and the friendly atmosphere in this store. It was my favorite routine to ride the Surrey Hills, have coffee and cake at the bus stop, buy wine and pies for dinner. They made us felt like locals. Wonderful time. Thank you?

Went to come biking at Surry Hills with a friend and got recommended this place by someone else we spoke to. OH WOW! My friend had the Pork and Leak strip thing and he said it was amazing and I had the Cheese and Tomato pastie which I would definitely be having again. Over all this place is amazing! Would highly recommend!

Whilst mountain biking here yesterday I stopped at the shop and possibly had the tastiest roast beef red onion and salad sandwich ever .

Iconic stop for cyclists. Traditional village shop with fresh pastries, pies & cakes. The sausage roll slices are a revelation! Good filter coffee served in mugs with benches over the road to sit for a rest

A wonderful village shop serving just what you need when you need it.Whilst out on the trail I lost my phone, and though it hadn't been handed in to them, their care & concern was warming...and quite miraculously I did indeed find my phone..Until my next pork & leak and a cuppa... :)

Great cycling coffee stop where it doesn't matter if riding roads or trails. Definitely try the sausage slice!!

The classic stop for a post-ride Cuppa and cake. They serve good sausage rolls too. Love the fact that you get your tea in a china mug. Be prepared to queue out of the door and then sit out in the bus stop with everyone else to drink it. All part of the very English Peaslake experience.

We were only a long walk from Shalford to Holmbury Hill Fort and return. We noticed on the outward leg that they sold coffee so decided to call in on the way back. Brilliant shop that also did hot sandwich. Staff were fantastic, told us there was a loo upstairs and recommended the local pub. Brilliant and friendly service.

What a friendly store PVS is. Always worth a visit when in the area. Try the cheese straws and the pork and leek pie!

Great place to stop when our on a bike ride - lots of riders there today which is testament to the quality of this place. Hatch service if like me you forgot your mask and can't go inside.

A great little shop run by two lovely ladies. After a hard day riding the local trails this shop is a welcome sight stocked with all the usual grocery items but also lots of lovely pastries, pies and other goodies and coffee.
