Visited Guildford Pandora on 27th Aug to get birthday present for or daughter and ideas for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and Holly was really helpful. Went back today (16th Sept) to make a purchase and Molly and her colleague gave great service and ideas. They were very patient while I decided what to get and what engraving to have. Thank you!

You have a great team at Guildford store. I had no knowledge of how pandora works and Adriana was patient and helped me with the purchase journey. I visited JD sports after finishing my purchase from Pandora and staff attitude there is a minus 10. Poles apart and I must say, the product is important but the service is way more important to close a sale and leave a wanting to come back effect. Thank you Pandora team definitely coming back.

Went in just now (16/07/25) to the Guildford store to buy a birthday gift for my mum. The shop was quiet, yet no staff approached to help. After finally choosing a personalised engraved charm ourselves, we were told to ?move away and come back later? ? while we were still in the middle of creating it! The rude girl had brown hair, unfortunately didn?t catch her name! Felt unwelcome and unappreciated. We left without buying and won?t be returning. Pandora needs to hire more respectful, helpful staff. Will shop elsewhere.

Poor service lacking in any customer service skills! Made to feel as though I was taking up their time ! Could not decide on bracelet which wasn?t cheap but again young blonde women got quiet impatient so my husband said let?s go to Woking as you always get a good welcome and great service there! The manager at this store was quite rude to some staff so I suppose if it starts with her and they think it ok to do the same to customers! Nice jewellery not cheap but terrible service!

08.12.24.When the store opened I was the first customer, the staff initially offered to help if I could find what I was looking for. After a few minutes when I told the employee I had found what I wanted she told me to stand at the back of the line which had quickly formed. When I pointed out that I was the first customer here and was offered help she very rudely told me to stand at the back of the line and not to bother them. I will never use this store again. The staff should learn customer service from the employees at the Cascades store in Portsmouth.

Excellent service from Guildford, visited Kingston initially about a bracelet that was broken, loose coming opening from a part that shouldn't be able to open. Kingston seemed not bothered at all and only wanted to me buy a new bracelet, I asked if they have somewhere they send for repairs was told no, 3/4yrs old can't be repaired, I do have many which are alot older with no issues. few weeks later visited Guildford Pandora which is where I usually visit, straight away they looked and said this shouldn't happen, immediately offered to send off for potential repair and would cost £9 to send. 1 week later it was ready to be collected. So much more helpful and provided amazing service. Thank you Guildford Pandora!

Came in today and was served by Teresa. She was amazing, she was lovely chatty and very friendly she was so welcoming and was so nice to my kids. She was so helpful in helping me decide what bracelet to get as I had seen so meany I got confused.I received better customer service here ( guildford store)then in woking where they seem like they did not want to help and looked board out of there mind they hade no interest in talking and look so miserable.Amazing customer service Teresa, well definitely be coming back here

What a lovely staff, Kristal and Joana helped me at the end. Kristal was with me for nearly an hour while I was deciding what to buy, she was patient and friendly, at the end I got 3x2 offer. Them Joana convinced me to get the cleaning liquid, cloth and brazalete opener. Both really lovely and patient with me. I will definitely back.

Went in to buy my daughter a charm bracelet pre GCSES. The lady working there Charlotte was extremely helpful and very chatty with us she is a breath of fresh air and we will be returning
