My mum just came here to buy butter and they double scanned the butter . Once at the beginning of the shop; and then again At The End. So Obviously Not a mistake and trying to overcharge Bc of Pure Greed in This Economy & Bc they know Ppl in this day and age Don?t ask for receipts . This has happened to my mum before, so She asked for a receipt as evidence . Staff Did Not Apologise and Made Giving my mother?s money back - Painful. Appalling. Have staff Even been Trained at this place ???????

Absolutely rubbish service. I ordered 11 items from deliveroo and received only 2 items.I got a phone call from them and it was an Indian lady talking on the phone (can tell coz of her accent, and not being racist or rude here, I have many friends so I can detect)anyway so I got a call from her and the rider was still there so I passed the phone to the rider thinking she will asked her to come and collect the missing items and redeliver it to me but instead they were blaming each other for literally straight 5 mins so I had to interrupt them because nothing solutions were coming out from their conversations. So I started to ask about my missing items delivery but she was not even listening to me and keep interrupting and talking in a very unprofessional manner and the most shocking part is that she asked me to come and collect the missing items by myself form the shop as she thinks that I live nearby and it is not a big issue for me. Really? I mean firstly it?s your mistake and secondly you are not even apologetic and thirdly I paid for my delivery charges service charges plastic bags my whole items and in return this is how you get treated, get service.
I understand no one in this world is perfect but admitting the mistake, apologies and learn from it. But I don?t see any from her. And when I asked her name she hung off the call without even saying anything. Very unprofessionals, very rude, very disrespectful manner and service is big disappointment.

Absolutely shocking levels of customer service. Do not send or collect your evri parcels from here. The rude, obnoxious staff would rather keep the Uber eats drivers happy than the customers in front of them. AVOID.
