Marie has been on the case for my rather complicated requirements right from the start. A trip to incorporate a bike tour in New Zealand and then diverting to meet my wife in Australia afterwards for a mini tour there and a further trip to investigate Singapore certainly takes some planning. She has kept me informed at every step and and then sense checked everything with me before confirming my booking. It has been a pleasure to deal with her and she has made my itinerary very easy to manage and allows me to just concentrate on my upcoming travel with much less stress for me, and to be able to relax knowing that I also have her to call on in the unlikely event something doesn't go as planned. I would recommend using Marie for anyone who's travelling and I will certainly be using her services again going forward

Marie is very helpful and accomodating. It was not just about booking but also guiding us through our very 1st cruise experience which makes it a lot easier. As it happened, I needed help post cruise and contacted her again. Even then, she was just as helpful.For this reason, I will always consider consulting her in future for our next travel arrangement.

Marie was greatThe whole thing was such an easy process - we gave Marie where and when we wanted to go along with our budget, and then let her do all the hard work!Marie came back to us with a couple of options to choose from and then got it all booked, so we never had to lift a finger.As first-time travellers it was reassuring not to stress out about wading through all kinds of different packages, hotel reviews, or worry about potentially forgetting to book things like travel insurance and hotel transfers.Marie offered to put together suggestions of things to see and do while we were there, got us all checked in. All we had do was get to the airport and hop on the plane!She even thought to inform the hotel that it was our Honeymoon and we found a lovely bottle of Champagne chilling in our roomWhen we had a question during the trip I was able to drop Marie a message and she replied as soon as she was able, and she checked in on us when we got home to make sure that we had a great trip. Which we did!10/10 - Would book with Marie again!

Just booked a holiday to Greece and i have to say Marie was exemplary and made the booking process completely stress free. After a relaxed and friendly initial chat, she did all the research and planning for me and found me exactly what I was looking for based on my budget and the things I said I was into. Many agencies just communicate by email but Marie rang me with updates which gave a personal touch. She kept me fully informed of the process and offered advice on things like travel insurance and checking in, as well as airport transfers and what to expect when I get there.I am now looking forward to my holiday and feeling relaxed about the journey thanks to Marie's calm and professional service.

Marie found us the perfect hotel for our holiday. She found us some choices but recommended this one. She looked after all the details checking us in.Royal Marmin Bay Elounda Crete.We were made so so welcome. All the staff are wonderful they take the time to learn your names too.Nothing is too much trouble for them.We went half board and so glad we did the food was fantastic, there is an extensive wine list and Yiannis the wine waiter recommended wines for me. Each was perfect.There are two other restaurants on site; Samurai, Japanese, and Poseidon à la carte. Both are so worth a visit with delicious food fantastic service with spectacular views across Elounda Bay.The pool area is wonderful with fantastic views.We visited the private beach which was so clean and decided to take a trip on Poseidon cruise. Yannis, the skipper and George gave us a fantastic morning out. Stopping for a snorkel in a secluded bay. Lovely fresh fruit lunch.The hotel is on a hill so be prepared for tough walking. They have a fleet of golf buggies which are always on hand to take you where you need to go.It really was the perfect holiday so thank you Marie. We will definitely be asking you for future trips but I am pretty sure we will visit the Royal Marmin bay again.

Marie was very friendly, helpful and professional. Marie took note of our preferences and came back with an itinerary that suit us (not too packed/rushed, but still plenty to see with ample time). Marie kept the communication going and was available to help us with any questions we have via email or telephone call, even when she needs to relay our question to Japan team, she comes back to us promptly. We had a great time in Japan, Thank You Marie!!

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week trip to Mauritius organised by Marie. She took our brief and over delivered on our expectations with a fab hotel, seamless travel, even checked us in on both legs of the journey. So we could just focus on having a chilled out time! Marie organised a week to Turkey for 8 of us. She discussed what we wanted from the holiday, and suggested various options and countries. The trip was superb and Marie couldn?t do enough to help, including booking private transfers, sorting getting my son?s medication through security and checking us on to the flights. Highly recommended!

Already planning my second trip with the company. All the worry is taken out of arranging the holiday. Most things are booked and done for you. A cancelled connection during my last trip had the company arranging an emergency flight and hotel for me to keep the holiday on track. Regular check-ins during the break as well to ensure everything was as it should be. It's like having a helper at your side throughout so you can just get on with enjoying yourself.

Not Just Travel helped us plan and arrange our dream holiday and what a difference they made. The arrangements made a huge difference and we stayed in some wonderful places and ideally situated hotels.Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, due to Covid, and I can?t tell you how pleased we were to have Marie to look after us. She was fantastic, making all the arrangements to get us back safely with the minimum of fuss. Her support did not stop there and she worked tirelessly until we received a full refund for the aborted part of our trip. We could not be more pleased that we booked with them.
