I actually can?t believe this company is still in business. Spent £135 on one of their pods which arrived not working, I contacted customer services at the beginning of January by email, as they don?t have a phone number anymore. they emailed back 4 weeks later after I left a negative review. They said they would send a replacement. That was 15 days ago and still nothing received and they haven?t got back in contact since sending them some more emails. I?m in the process speaking to my bank to get a refund.

Popped in here just before Christmas feeling slightly jaded from a party the night before. The shop smelt incredible, that is why I walked in, the staff were very friendly and took the time to explain to me what the shop was and how it all worked. The recommended the stress relief kit (I had the Sunday night fear for work) which i purchased. It has been wonderful, I actually keep going to friends houses with it in case they are stressed to so we can do it together. If you in Guildford I would recommend dropping by.

Sorry for the belated review. I came in February and Freya was just absolutely incredible. Very well mannered, really polite and ultra respectful I felt. I've never met a retail employee with enthusiasm like hers. Freya was super authentic, lovely and genuine I feel and I appreciated it. Thank you! =)

I was served by Harriet who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me a few different products and helped me choose something within my budget. Her service was perfect and Neon would now be one of my top choices when shopping for a gift in a rush
