We were served by Susie who was incredible, so helpful and such a wealth of knowledge that is worth it's wait in gold. Thank you Susie, you made mine and my friend's day.If you need advice on treating a health condition naturally, it's definitely worth popping in and asking. Plus the products are really lovely and make a great treat if you need a pick me up.

I have given this 1 star but does not even deserve that, I had to as would not be able to put review through.I have been coming here for years bought so many things from here, I recently ordered the frankincense intense cream online, I then went in to the store to get something else, I told the lady in there I ordered the cream online, she replied not to do that as it puts little shops like hers out of business I was surprised and apologised and said I did not want that snd in future I would always go into the shop.. I work with NHS and it clearly states 20% off online or in any store. I went in yesterday and her son was serving and I bought some shampoo I gave him my discount and he refused he was very rude said his till would not take it, I explained what his mother had said and he replied I should have just got it online I thought CHARMING !!! I though I was helping them out... well now I don't care!! I will tell my friends and family not to bother ever going into this particular shop again, to try another store or just do it all online because every where else does give you 20% so don't bother with this place, looks like they have no respect for the NHS! Shame on you. Really really rude service!.

A huge Thank You to Neal's Yard Guildford. I can honestly say I was so impressed with not just the kindness and care but also the helpfulness and knowledge. One can just tell when you come across people who love what they do and are truly committed. In these difficult times that is so much appreciated. I also got the sense that they do indeed miss their customers. I am indeed one happy customer having got together some lovely treats for my daughter and for a friend. Not just some lovely products but a great shopping experience.

Really excellent service in here when looking for a gift for Christmas. I already had one product which was a request and they were very helpful in selecting something complimentary. Also a nice touch was the paper wrapping at the end.
