We recently visited this place on Thursday 14th November. We ordered two drinks and a toasted panini to share.
My husband had a large black Americano coffee ?. It had a good, wholesome earthly flavour, not bitter yet strong in taste which is a definite plus.
I had a Banoffee Marvellous Milkshake. It was absolutely delicious, not too sweet and it came with cream on top.
We shared a chicken, chorizo, mozzarella and red pesto panini. It was well toasted with a decent amount of filling.
They offer a wide range of quality foods both sweet and savoury. There are options for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters and they can all be eaten cold or toasted.
Entrance to the café front has a small ramp which should be more clearly marked. The store is clean but slightly chilly, the lighting is shadow-casting which causes issues and it's generally rather dull and spartan (everything's brown, black or grey). Furthermore, there are numerous items of furniture looking rather tired.
All said and done, staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.
Wheelchair accessibility: In a shopping center that has easy access and lift to get to the correct floor. The store itself has a small ramp which makes it easier for getting into the shop.

Coffee was great. Sausage roll and sausage bap seemed like they'd been reheated repeatedly. Food wasn't good considering it isn't cheap either.

Excellent service they bring it over to you and the carrot cake is superb. Not too big a piece and the right amount of frosting on the top.Easily accessible from the bus station.Wheelchair accessibility: Shopping centre is wheelchair accessible.

Havin used muffin Break for many yrs I have become increasingly disappointed over the last few months with the food. Todays my Italian meat in a flatbread and my wife?s toasted cheese & tomato sandwich set an all time low , both were reduced to a thin overheated and burnt mess. The apology?s from the staff seem sincere but no refund was offered and I will not be purchasing any more food from them.

Without a doubt the BEST place for drinks and food in Guildford. They do the best chai latte and regardless of who makes the drinks they always taste the same unlike other coffee shops. Food is delicious and the staff are always super friendly and pleasant. They engage with children which is so lovely when you go to eat/drink. I recommend this place 100%, you won't be disappointed.

Overpriced coffee. Disrespectful staff member sat next to me on his break on his phone playing loud music. No respect from him whatsoever. Can't enjoy my expensive coffee. Go somewhere else.

Brilliant place for lunch or something to enjoy whilst you're shopping, they do student discount and everything is halal so couldn't be better. The staff are very attentive and friendly, giving good recommendations and even directions with a welcoming smile. Really liked their biscoff shake and would visit again.
