Normally the staff at the Guildford branch are very nice. This time I had to buy a special pair of trousers and the lady there who helped me I have to say was pretty exceptional. Charlotte. Patient, smart and with a lovely engaging personality but most of all very professional. She really helped this fussy shopper out a lot!

The staff in the Guildford store were so excellent I felt I had to leave a review. They gave us a friendly greeting when we arrived but weren't pushy, they told us about promotions to save us money on our shopping, they were knowledgeable about the products and able to answer our questions, just really helpful all around. I often buy online from Mountain Warehouse but I will be sure to keep visiting the Guildford store too to make sure it stays as they are so good! Thank you to the staff who were in on 23 July, you were great!
