I visited to get a suit fitted for a wedding - Neil was very attentive and friendly, helped get me the perfect size, pick out a tie that would complement what I'd chosen, and offered to custom size the trousers - all without being pushy. Highly recommended

I was upsold the most expensive dress trousers and then rushed through a purchase. Due to last minute requirement I bought them. When I got home I tried again and changed my mind. Due to being rushed out the shop (for a mum and kids buying 3 suits, only care about the £) I didn?t realise that I had only been given a gift receipt. On trying to return the trousers they wouldn?t let me, and I was forced to buy something else to use up the balance. Feels very wrong for them to have done this. Not the first time I have had problem with Moss Bros and I always encourage friends to use other tailors. Visit here if you want cheap quality and poor service!

Great staff and a great selection of suits. An older gentleman helped me pick and fit a fantastic suit and he had great recommendation withouth being pushy.

My friend bought a 3 piece suit over £300. Suit is lovely well made and perfect. Unfortunately the service from the girl assistant was less than perfect. Disinterested and at times reticent. Not helpful at all when asked any questions and seemed completely disinterested in serving him. I agree with previous comments in that staff need training improved and customer etiquette being one of them. She made us feel very uncomfortable.

I needed a new suit at short notice to attend a function & ordered on-line with delivery to Guildford store. After 4 days waiting & with the function 3 days away I went in to Guildford store to chase progress. Amir was very helpful & reassured me the delivery would arrive in 2 days. Amir took my number & rang me as soon as my order came in. The suit fits perfectly & is of good quality. Thank you Amir.

Could not get anymore useless!! I had a booking at 11am we arrived promptly and were treated by a gentleman that wasn?t sure what his name was or what left and right are!! We had to take note of all of our suit sizes as he couldn?t even think of it! It then took him over 50 mins to add them all into the system to tell us that they couldn?t process and didn?t know why!! Absolutely useless and would never go back!! Avoid at all costs!! Your better to drive 200 miles to another branch than use Guildford!!

Very disappointing experience looking for wedding suits. Despite booking and checking in for an appointment, we received very little assistance. It almost felt like we were an inconvenience ? the staff seemed much more interested in retail suits.

Chrisel was amazing. Me and my partner visited today looking for his wedding suit. Chrisel was super helpful and made us both feel comfortable. She was very knowledgable and helped us decide on the right suit for my partner. Thank you Chrisel for all your help today and making it easy for us to pick the right suit!

Avoid this shop at all cost. My partner spent over £500 and the customer service is appalling. The tailoring of the blazer was so bad the people in the shop was rude and so unprofessional. My partner had to call after this and someone in the shop told him that the blazer was fine when clearly it wasn?t!
My mother and father went today to accompany him with our child and they kick out my father from the shop saying he could not be there when clearly they were with my partner, therefore CUSTOMERS!! My parents are visiting us from Spain and they are elderly people and they can not speak English I think it was more a racist situation rather than other thing! They make feel my parents so uncomfortable and bad! In my 13 years living in this country I have never heard something that cruel and disrespectful. I wish we have check all the bad reviews before spending a penny in this shop.

Good suits at reasonable prices but terrible customer service.
Long story short if it?s in stock order it to the store and try it on. If you don?t order it yourself who knows whether they?ll do it or not. Also don?t bother with the fittings they don?t make any time for you.
I booked in for a wedding suit fitting and felt more like an inconvenience. The middle aged guy ?serving? me was difficult to find most of the time and was insistent on bringing me the wrong sizes of items despite me trying on sizes and agreeing on the correct size.
Unfortunately they didn?t have a long but I was assured they could be ordered into the store. Within a week or two as they were in stock in the warehouse. The assistant took my details and I went on my way. 3 weeks passed having no contact from the store so I visited yesterday. I was met with a fairly hostile lady saying that my items were out of stock and trying to cover up that the previous guy made no effort to actually order them. I find it very hard to believe that all 4 items were out of stock considered 2 of these items are very common sizes / a tie and they were still in stock online.
Annoyingly the long trousers I originally tried to order to the store are now out of stock (they were not when 3 weeks ago as the guy showed me the stock levels).
I was told yesterday that I would just have to wait an unknown length of time for them to come back in stock. No apologies for not ordering my items, nothing, just very defensive customer service.

Terrible service. My partner went in there to buy his wedding suit and even booked the fitting service. The man serving him was completely uninterested and even tried to sell him the wrong size because others were OOS online. He finally offered to order the correct size in however we never heard anything from the store and after 4 weeks we went back in only to find out that nothing had been ordered and now the trousers were completely out of stock everywhere. The woman serving us this time made no effort to apologise or even come up with a solution and then we were left to try on other suits on our own even though it wasn?t busy. Incredibly frustrating. I?m so glad we left enough time before the wedding because otherwise we would have been stumped! You would think they would be more keen to sell and even know how to fit suits properly!
