I would leave 0 if I could. The staff are extremely rude I had my screen fixed and they messed my whole phone up I had it done a second time and the same thing happened then they expected me to pay again for a new screen and laughed at me when I said I won't pay again for it. The man was extremely rude and intimidating. I will be reporting to trading standards!

I would rate them minus 5 stars because of the staggering lack of professionalism and accountability I experienced. My phone initially had a simple issue with the SIM connection. I took it to their service, and they assured me a 2-3 day turnaround for £45.First, they took three weeks instead of the promised days. When I called to inquire multiple times, they claimed they were waiting for a part to be ordered but failed to keep me updated. When I eventually got my phone back, it was completely dead ? they damaged it. Their response? A shocking £145 repair fee, accompanied by flimsy excuses about their inability to guarantee perfection.After another week of waiting, they returned my phone, but it still wouldn't connect to the SIM. I lost a significant amount of time, patience in this ordeal. I advise everyone to steer clear of their services, and I intend to lodge a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies.

I broke my phone and because the staff couldn't be asked to use the proper seal, my phone now has no water resistance. The price wasn't reasonable for no longer having water resistance compared to just getting the repair from Samsung. When I collected my phone there was glue all over it, not professional job. I am wholeheartedly unsatisfied.DO NOT USE THEM FOR PHONE REPAIRS

My son has a A12 Samsung and drops it, breaks the charging port, headphone jack, black screen and these guys fix it all. Usually 1hr and reasonable prices too

Worst shop. I've given my mobile to change the battery, they told us to come back after 20minutes, when we gone there they have destroyed the display and told us it was there. We were sure that, there was no issue with the display before. They've cheated us and damaged our mobile.

Bad treatment. they opened my computer and took out the hard disk and gave it back to me without. When sending another technician he told me that the hard disk was not inside, I contacted them and they simply informed that my disk was there and that I could go and remove it.... that is if I don't contact the store they wouldn't contact me to let me know about it either and would keep all my personal information. A lot of lack of professionalism.

I purchased 2 black Samsung super charge chargers from these people through the Onbuy platform & I would recommend that people go elsewhere for their products.They sent out the white chargers as the black ones were out of stock (not mentioned when ordering), and only told me after they had been sent.It would have been courteous to ask before doing that.The white chargers are cheaper and I wasn't even given the price difference back.I returned them for a refund as the items weren't as described and I have had so much aggrevation getting my money back.Stay well clear! Very unscrupulous business

My partner bought a galaxy z3 flip from here, 2 weeks later a line appeared in the middle of the screen. She took it back to see if they could repair/replace it but the guy took the phone, and bent it about until half of the screen completely broke then left her with a broken phone.

Update: Trading standards are doing nothing about it so am stuck with phone that is now constantly frozen. Well done for scamming a student out of £355. Must be proud! Clearly fake good reviews!Do not go here for anything unless you can afford being scammed out of whatever you spend here. Bought an iPhone here and only 3 days later it was freezing non-stop rendering the phone completely unusable. Went back in obviously wanting a refund after already encountering problems this early. Was refused a refund and only offered a replacement of the same model phone which was in far worse condition than the one I had agreed to purchase. The next fault to appear is where now there is zero sound when making and receiving calls. After asserting my rights under the current consumer protection legislation they strangely got angry and refused to now do anything. Clearly they are buying and selling on faulty phones.

Didn't bother to seal my phone properly after charging me £90 to replace the screen. Phone ended up destroyed by the rain within a few days. The guy there was completely unsympathetic to their mistake and just bleated on about how it was all my fault for not asking if it was sealed properly. Do not trust them with your mobile to do a proper repair. Nasty crooks.
