*update*something was torn inside the phone and had to pay for a replacement. Seems like a hard sell trying to get easy fixes when something is only 6 weeks old, but its done now.Had my iPhone screen replaced here 2 months ago. Can't access phone now and touchscreen not working. Will go in tomorrow to see if I can get it replaced for free. Will update again soon ??

Got my phone screen fixed here 2 days ago and my screen has been dodgy ever since. The touch on my phone often doesn?t work and it is very glitchy, clicking on random things when I?m not touching the phone and when I do try to press certain things it won?t allow me to do so.

I have just had my phone "repaired" here and I honestly cried. You shouldn't say you can fix something if you can't, and you should be honest about the way the repair will be done. I think this is the minimum expectation for a repair service, right? I don't think any one would knowingly opt to have a screen replaced with one that has a blue/purple tinge, has keys not working making texting very difficult and face ID not possible. I was undoubtedly ripped off, as I was called half way through the repair and told if I wanted my front camera replaced it'd be extra (£75 extra, but he'd give me a discount to £55. So repairing my phone cost £325. And they only took payment in cash - obviously for tax evasion). When you're vulnerable, have no phone, you'll pay whatever, which they know. So I did. My fault for not shopping around and just panic stopping for "help". Just posting in case anyone in my situation has the chance to do research before getting their repair and can avoid this place.

Terrible. Had a battery replaced on iPhone XR. When I picked it up, the front glass had two cracks in it which he denied, the battery was not a genuine replacement. The back cover was already cracked but when I got it back it looked like it had been hit with a hammer. I managed to get small reduction and should have taken photos beforehand. I can only call him the butcher of Guildford. Steer clear

I purchased a screen protector on the afternoon of 6/2/19. The man at Mobile Bitz fitted it. On the morning of 7/2/19, it split right at the edge, despite no drops or knocks. It cut my finger open as at first I just thought it was a bit of a mark on the screen. The phone was brand new at the start of the week & has a case on. All is in perfect condition as you?d expect being so new - the only damage is where the screen protector has split, so I was comfortable they?d see I hadn?t caused this and that the protector was faulty. I attempted to return it, with my receipt, not looking for a refund, just for them to sort the protector and they refused. In my view, the man was unhelpful and rude, suggesting all sorts of things I could have done to damage the phone which I have not. The only way they?d sort it would be to charge me for a new protector at a reduced cost. I declined. I wasn?t comfortable handing over any more of my money. Granted, this is only £15 we?re talking about but it?s the principle of the matter. You?ll see I post positive reviews as well as those where my experience has been less positive. I hope this helps others make informed choices. Had it been weeks or months, I?d understand their scepticism, however, in less than 24 hours with the only damage being a split in the screen protector, I expected more. I wouldn?t recommend going to them because if you have a post sale problem, I wouldn?t be confident they?d sort it.

Terrible customer service , Whilst fitting a cover to my Grandsons Iphone the guy cracked the screen & denied he cracked it... I emailed a compliant but after a week nobody has bother to acknowledge the complaint,. Would never recommend or use this company again........

When talking to the man on Monday I was offered a phone protector for £7 however I had to wait until Tuesday to buy it as my new phone had not arrived. On Tuesday I told the man about Monday and he agreed that was okay. So why did he then put the more expensive protector on my phone and try to charge me more? He clearly knew what I wanted as I stated before I handed over my phone. So I agreed £10 as that?s all I had in my account. I check my bank statement and now I?m overdrawn because this company had the cheek to charge me full price and make me overdrawn. Never going back.
