Must be very understaffed... Always finding one reason or another to close early with just a handwritten note saying 'due to staff issues' unacceptable for such a big corporation.

I had a parcel delivered to this shop and when I went to collect it with the collection code they said they don't have the parcel. I will never use this shop again and will raise complain to the head office! Very disappointed with the service!

Never open anywhere near 11pm I've turned up 10:40pm numerous times with doors locked and excuses, turn up during the day because they don't work proper hours as stated. Be warned!!!

I?m very new to the area only been here a few months. This shop is convenient. Don?t get me wrong but it?s so expensive and shelflife of products are very short. I?m finding I?m buying bread and milk that goes off within two or three days and then the rest of it is wasted. The staff are lovely though, very friendly. Just wish prices were cheaper and shelflife was longer of products

Far too expensive in store - when I got home I went onto Uber Eats and added the same items to my basket and came to cheaper?Also not the best product range in store and could be a lot better.

sometimes they close at 10.40/10.45 pm like tonight 20/04/2023 it was closed at 10.40 pm. may be there are not enoght staff.

I?ve always enjoyed the products in McColls but my problem with this store is every time I go in this store they?re not accepting cash, so I?ve had to leave empty handed! Really disappointing as you don?t find out there not accepting cash until you reach the beginning of the que!
