Susana was extremely rude- she watched over us as if we were acting suspiciously and made us feel unwelcome and unwanted. Upon paying again she was rude and blunt. Truly horrendous customer service skills.

Went to cafe and paid £7.50 for an empty sandwich. I only ordered the sandwich too as they wouldn?t serve hot food to us. Not worth it.

Been shopping here for the past few years all their products is excellent specially the 3 for £8 mix and match antipasto cured meat , a lots of selection to choose from and paired well with red wine ??

Shabbiest M&S in the area. Always a bit grubby, understocked, staff often seem grumpy and not very helpful. Doesnt seem very well managed compared to Basingstoke M&S

Returned 3 items of clothing today, and was told I should have folded them carefully into the bag (one of them was) because now they can?t resell them and it makes more work for the staff. She went on and on about it and having gone in there in a great mood, she ruined it with her patronising tone.

please train your employees better!
i was racially profiled there. i didn?t even do anything suspicious, i had a short browse and tried to leave when this white lady followed me till i was at the exit door and asked me if i wanted to pay anything at the till. if i wanted to pay, i would?ve went to the till not the exit door, im not an idiot!
then she took a very OBVIOUS peek inside my bag and funny thing was that there was a bunch of white teenage girls in front of me but they weren?t questioned at all, even they were confused with the lady?s behaviour. I would happily show it to her but no she wanted to be sneaky!
i literally had both hands occupied with my shopping bag and drinks, how can i steal something and even if i wanted to, i wouldn?t steal from this store, it?s pathetic and not worth it, I can just pay for it!
but sure the asian hijabi seems to be a thief? i am so offended, i have been a regular customer in this particular store for years and this is the first time i have been treated such way.
