My fiancé and I went for the wedding scent experience, led by Vicci. It was absolutely fantastic and her and the team (Rose and Tash) went above and beyond to make it a special experience, particularly as we brought our poodle, Lola, with us and they kept her entertained! We had such a great time trying the recommended fragrances and learning how to apply the perfume. We can't wait to return, and will be definitely recommending to friends! Thank you again! Honestly cannot recommend these ladies at JML Guildford enough! My husband and I had a gorgeous experience with Vicci for a ?Scent your wedding? and it was such a wholesome exciting experience to have prior to our wedding. Kate then joined us by talking about the fragrances in more detail and the background behind the frangrance notes. Cannot thank these two gems enough, a special experience I will never forget ???

Never been/bought Jo Malone products. As my birthday is Thursday my friend recommended Jo Malone. My husband was buying the present for me. But I needed to choose.Jackie at Guildford branch helped me. She was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I knew what I didn't like but not what I wanted She was very patient and hauled out lots of lovely smelling products . I settled on one . It was packaged with a sample of my next purchase. It was a really pleasant experience. Thanks Jackie. Highly recommended.

We visited JM in Guildford today to find a new scent for my wedding. The staff were phenomenal and the assistant who served us (I think named Katie), was so amazing and helped us to find exactly what I wanted, by blind smell tests. We bought what we went in for, and also came away with a few samples. We definitely plan to return again? just lovely! Thanks so much

Have shopped in this store for around 10 years and I could never fault any aspect! The team are a triumph! The store is always immaculate and the staff are the best I?ve come across in any store, in any country!
