“Came in today and was served by Teresa. She was amazing, she was lovely chatty and very friendly she was so welcoming and was so nice to my kids. She was so helpful in helping me decide what bracelet to get as I had seen so meany I got confused.I received better customer service here ( guildford store)then in woking where they seem like they did not want to help and looked board out of there mind they hade no interest in talking and look so miserable.Amazing customer service Teresa, well definitely be coming back here”

“I had two watches given to me for my 40th birthday and visited the store to see if they could get them fitted. We spoke to a very lovely member of staff called Georgie who was very quick to serve us and said she would fit them there and then. She took a matter of seconds to size up the fit of both watches and we returned 20 minutes later. Both the sizes were perfect fit first time. Georgie then kindly set the time and said the work was free of charge as it was my 40th birthday which was a lovely touch. We will definitely return back to shop here again. Thank you!!”
