“I wanted to express my gratitude to Desiree for the exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, patient, warm and caring throughout the entire process. Her expertise and friendly approach made the experience truly memorable.The experience was slightly tainted by the manager who interrupted our conversations and sales process on a couple of occasions. It seemed that Desiree had a deeper understanding of our needs and preferences than the manager. Additionally we were offered water and a glass of champagne at the point of sale, which was taken away by the manager before the process was complete leaving us sat staring at the wall for some time before we could leave. I understand that it was close to the time when the shopping centre closes, but surely this could be dealt with as we were collecting the ring from the till.Despite the minor issues, I want to emphasise that the outstanding service provided by Desiree overshadowed any shortcomings. Her dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident, and she played a significant role in making the process enjoyable and memorable. Thank you!”
