Great help from Tony who fixed my iphone 15 which had bricked itself after the ios 17.4 update. Very friendly, knowledgeable service and must have a good team of technicians beavering away in the back room as when I popped back in an hour later as requested, phone was working again

Reading the 5* reviews makes me think I visited another store day (Monday 5th February).My partner and I were interested in replacing our 2 iPads and investigating changing our 2 existing iPhones. One assistant was present dealing with a customer. We waited easily 10 minutes before we became aware there might be other assistants in the back office. Did anyone come to help? No.Eventually Assistant 1 acknowledged our presence.. We explained we wanted to look at iPhones. None appeared to be on display so we asked to see what was available. He said there were none on display and he could only bring two out. No explanation, no apology.Whilst we waited we moved to a counter in the middle of the shop. The assistant returned and stood behind the main counter. By now another assistant appeared, closely followed by another.I said ?Are you coming to us or do I have to come to you?? it was clear that we had to go to him as he wasn?t prepared to come out into the shop. By now I am more than irritated by his unhelpful manner.He produced two phones, one with a security case, the other without. I asked if he could take the security case off as the whole purpose of my visit was to feel how the phone was in my hand. He explained he had to keep the case on. I asked then why the other phone wasn?t in a case and it was OK for me to try that one but not the other? It wasn?t until we asked why this was such a difficult request did we learn it was because of previous thefts.Now it all became clear but an explanation of the extremely unhelpful attitude and maybe even an apology would have been appreciated. None were forthcoming, Quite the worst customer service I?ve experienced in a long time.

I was served by Ollie who got my iPad set up after I?d managed to fluff it up. Super patient, he knew what to do quickly, where I didn?t have the knowledge or patience, it was stress free and I now have a working iPad! A very positive experience, thanks to Ollie! Also, a fine head of hair ?

Brought my iPad for a charging port issue and the team resolved it in 5?!!!! I was welcomed at the door and I can say that the whole experience was enjoyable! I?ll be visiting again if I need any repairs on my Apple products. Well done guys and thank you.
