Staff are always kind and direct but above all, HONEST. They have saved me hundreds of pounds by being truthful about my phones damage, while every other phone repair shop in town tried to charge me over £100-£200 for problems that didn't exist, iSmash were able to diagnose the correct problem, fix it for free, and gave great follow up advice. I won't trust anywhere else now! Excellent service, they should have a chair in the waiting area for those who cannot stand while waiting

Took in my Samsung A71 for a replacement battery as it was barely lasting a day and surprisingly the first replacement battery was no better. Took it back and they changed the battery again under warranty and this time the battery is a small improvement and does at least last the whole day now. Nothing like when the mobile was new though and battery lasted three days. At £55 it will give the mobile another year of life. Only worth it if your old battery really really bad

After the screen smashed, I was very hesitant about using a high street shop over the Google returns service. I don't know why, but most of them just scream 'cowboys, avoid!'Well, after some digging, it turns out iSmash are official Google pixel partners. All above board and legit.Dropped phone off. 2 hours later, screen fixed, phone working. No issues at all. Brilliant

Well these guys are a new level of appalling. No idea how they are running a business.I first booked in (at a cost of £5 booking fee) at the Guildford branch to have my MacBook pro battery changed. I was told (after a 2 hour round trip) that they had ordered in a battery which was too old to be fitted. Nobody bothered to tell me before I set off.Second attempt at Harrow (2 hour round trip) I was told they had ordered the incorrect type of battery. I still haven't got the booking fees back and still no further forward. If you email their customer service (no chance of getting someone to pick up the phone) then they won't even reply.Fantastic was to lose money and be no further forward in fixing your devices. Cowboys.Update:To be fair to the two individuals that served me both at Guildford and Harrow I fully appreciate it?s not their fault and they were both friendly. The Harrow store is especially friendly. He just called me to get this booked in so hopefully third time lucky.2nd update:I finally got this all sorted and just to reiterate how helpful the staff member at the Harrow store has been. He is kind and helped me get my laptop sorted. My issues above are with other stores and the larger company wide issues. Having said that the price for the battery change was reasonable when compared with Apple

Took my Google Pixel 6 Pro in for a screen replacement. Job was completed very quickly and you wouldn't know the screen wasn't factory installed. Great service.

Not too sure on some of these 1 stars, wish I could comment on some, you drop or damage your phone own up, no idea what the one comment is about the mous case and being crack long after leaving store. Wife dropped hers and took out screen, so decided to fork out and do it right, original Samsung screen, plus added new battery no extra cost, life time on screen and year on battery, took a just on 2 year old S21 Ultra to a brand new phone, old screen burn annoyance now gone and a new battery. Dropped on a Saturday late afternoon no appointment, ready Sunday for collect. No issue complaints, hopefully in a good way won't be back.

Dropped my phone the previous night so arrived first thing the next day to see what could be done. Despite no appointment, the chap said he'd have my phone fixed within the hour. He did a great job and the new screen looks great. I did ask for his name for this review but being a clown, I've forgotten in. Anyway, this is the place to go when you smash your phone
