Great experience purchasing an iPhone from the shop last week. Good rates and honest feedback on all the features. Definitely recommend anyone confused with phones and laptops to pay them a visit. Ethically, they are very stringent with age when it comes to selling vapes and I genuinely respect that especially with the stricter new vape laws.

So went there with a laptop issue and the customer assistant and the manager was really nice and welcoming, and they quoted the cheapest price in guildford and came back with a working laptop within few hours.

Replaced front & back glass ?? - reasonable price but......After getting the phone back the battery life is way less than before & the in-call speaker doesn't work + the back glass is cracked - again ?Response was that the motherboard is overheating. Apparently nothing to do with them even though there were no issues with the in-call speaker before they worked on it.Moral of the story - don't use them!

The wroung part fitted to a phone, and I'm pretty sure they tried to pull a fast one. Changed it to a genuine one after complaining. Prices quoted on the phone different to in store..Used them in the past, and it was ok. It had really gone downhill. Guy "serving" customer service, my gosh might as well talk to a wall!

Took an iPhone13 to iFix to look to repair a non-functioning screen after dropping it. They took 5 days of chasing initially stating they could fix it and in the end stating they could not. I took the phone back and took it to Apple for a 2nd opinion and it turns out iFix had swapped out my original Apple screen with a knock-off equivalent in this process hoping I would not notice the difference. I didn't but apple have confirmed this to be the case. Avoid at all costs
