Visited the woking branch, manager naomi. Excellent service, called guildford and the manager put the product I needed aside for me. Both managers were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Tried going a few months ago to use a discount code and the store clerk locked us out in the middle of the day so she could make a phone call. She saw us waiting outside, turned her back, took her call into the back room, and didn't return. Very unimpressed and will not be returning to this location.

Very good service checked that they had it in stock online, ?out of stock? so when I walked in the had it Salted Caramel and Mandarin. If you have a VIP card you get a £5 discount on your birthday ??
