I visited here 5/09/24 and was delighted with the service. Two lovely ladies helped me with my shop and we're both super helpful and lovely. Picked up some hot chocolate and sampled a new flavour. Great service, exceptional staff.

I visited Hotel Chocolat to spend a birthday voucher on 28th June and had the pleasure of being served by Sarah. She made me feel so welcome as soon as I stepped in the store and was really friendly. Sarah noticed what I was buying and made recommendations for other chocolates I might like. Her suggestions were spot on as they were absolutely delicious! Thank you Sarah ?

Ice cream of the gods is for real the best ice cream in the world imho the texture, the delicate flavour, not too sweet but utterly addicting? be warned if you try it once you?ll be hooked for life. Also the chocolate in this shop is delicious, a bit spenny but worth it as its high cocoa content can mean you eat less in one sitting.. but seriously though try the ice cream.. it is out of this world and I make a pilgrimage to these shops any chance I can just for the ice cream.. sauce optional

My 10yo son and I visited today to get a velvetiser. The lady (forgot to ask her name but she had a blonde bob and glasses) was amazing! She offered to give us a walk through of what we would need to do and I told my son to make sure he's listening as he will probably be using it more than me! She spoke directly to him and explained everything really clearly. He is usually very shy but even asked a few questions because he felt so at ease. Absolutely incredible customer service - this lady is an absolute credit to the company! Thank you for your help!

I was considering buying a Velvetiser for a long time and finally took the plunge and bought one. The members of staff were fantastic and gave great recommendations for how to make the perfect hotel chocolate or lattes. Make sure to have the VIP card before you visit to take advantage of the bundle deals.

This is a smaller branch of the eponymous chain selling upmarket chocolates and drinking chocolate. Although small, it sells most of the Hotel Chocolat range, including their taster "Selector" range where you can try six identical individual chocolates - perfect for indulging in your favourites! All of their Sleekster range come with free sleeves (on request) for special occasions such as Christmas, birthdays and anniversaries. A perfect place for a special present.

Visited the woking branch, manager naomi. Excellent service, called guildford and the manager put the product I needed aside for me. Both managers were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Tried going a few months ago to use a discount code and the store clerk locked us out in the middle of the day so she could make a phone call. She saw us waiting outside, turned her back, took her call into the back room, and didn't return. Very unimpressed and will not be returning to this location.
