I visited here 5/09/24 and was delighted with the service. Two lovely ladies helped me with my shop and we're both super helpful and lovely. Picked up some hot chocolate and sampled a new flavour. Great service, exceptional staff.

I visited Hotel Chocolat to spend a birthday voucher on 28th June and had the pleasure of being served by Sarah. She made me feel so welcome as soon as I stepped in the store and was really friendly. Sarah noticed what I was buying and made recommendations for other chocolates I might like. Her suggestions were spot on...
