Picked up a click and collect order recently from this store. The lady at the desk was not friendly at all, rude in her expressions and body language and wasn?t helpful when I misheard the number she was asking me for. Unnecessary.

Visited this store today as I needed to buy my vitamins. My 3year old son wanted a drink and the bottle fell on the floor and broke. I kindly asked for assistance to avoid further accidents. The lady who seemed to be the manager was very rude, telling off my son saying that he broke the bottle and she will have to clean and it's more work for her. She gave the bottle to the cashier and told him to scan on my way out. After paying for the broken bottle empty of liquid, I kindly asked him if he could bin it.
Never seen in any shop, after living in UK for 15 years, a client had to pay for a accidently broken item.
I will never visit this store again.

Often visit this Holland and Barrett. They have a great variety of products and I especially like their healthier snack options. Service is ok, but today I visited and the server was on her phone the whole time. No polite welcome/goodbye, didn't look up from her phone when I mentioned my card wasn't working and she didn't bother passing me my items once payment was made, so that was a shame.

Popped in to browse and asked the manager for advice about gut health products. She seemed more interested in looking at her phone, and had a negative tone of voice the whole time., like she couldn't be bothered to deal with me. So I just left.

Recently went into this shop for advice on mouth ulcers and dry mouth explained to the lady that I'm in a lot of pain still after using every product on the shelf from other shops .she advised this toothpaste and maduka ? she said it will work . Happy to say she was right after a couple of doses rubbing on my tongue and sores my mouth is now healing well . Thank you so much for your friendly ness professionalism and advise iv promoted this product to my friends thank you from the lady from Yorkshire

Came in yesterday to grab a few new things & spoke to Farah. Cannot say enough good things about this lovely lady! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped recommend some great things. Made the experience really easy and helped everything feel accessible. Thank you Farah, see you again soon!

Went in last Sunday trying to get my girl something and this middle aged white lady was helpful and showed that she is trying her best even though her English wasn't very good.

Saturday 17 June, 12 noon. 2023, Selected a product and went to the counter, I had a ten pound note and I said would it be possible to have my change in coins because I needed it for the car park, a sales lady on the other till, who I assumed to be the manager, interrupted and said very rudely and sarcastically, that we can't give coins and that they weren't a bank and that I should go to a bank. I have shopped at this store often, but I will never come here again.

Chased a couple of times for a lost voucher when refunded in the store a while back, not much assistance was given while was in the store and was told eventually from contacting the online reward team that they couldn't find the refunded records in the store.

We popped in to ask about apple cider vinegar for arthritis. Farah, the store manger, was so helpful and incredibly insightful!! It looked like she was headed for her break but decided to stop and help us anyway, great interactive, friendly and insightful customer service!!
