Rooms are very old and worn out. The staff makes everything right again. Very friendly and attentive staff. Okay for a business trip.

Staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Dom, who went above and beyond to assist us with our corporate filming event at the hotel during our stay. Nothing was too much, made a big difference. Would highly recommend!

I held a Team Meeeting at the venue and the level of service was brilliant. We had a special request on the day, which was provided for and supported really well. The food was varied and well reviewed, and the room facilities itself were problem free. All round very happy with the day. Thank you.

Holiday Inn Guildford is an absolute disgusting horrible hotel to stay and the staff was very rude and very un friendly, they wanted to charge for the car park on a daily basis when staying with them, outside the door there was a strong smell of weed overall a horrible experienceNoteworthy details: Very bad

Rooms are very dated and the bed is in need of replacement. The lobby is modern and the staff are pleasant.
