I came into HMV today looking for some specific cat figurines. When I couldn?t find them on the shelves I went and asked at the till and was directed to the help of Lily F. Lily looked round the shop for us then checked the store room where she found them. There are several variants of the figurines and Lily helped me to find the ones I needed to complete my collection. She was so friendly and helpful and made the experience really fun! I?d really recommend this shop, this is my second visit there and the staff were just as friendly on my first visit too :)

I am so pleased there is still an HMV here in Guildford. I love the nostalgia of it, and I really enjoy looking around the store, especially the soft toys/loungeflys.

hmv have always been my favourite store and spent hours browsing around I prefer the store where it used to be tho. Staff are helpful with friendly professional manner and the store was clean and tidy.

I rarely buy anything from HMV but I always drop in when in Guildford because it gives me happy memories of my childhood and I think it?s a great shop; I would rather buy DVDs and t-shirts from here than off the internet. I bring my kids here and they love to browse the plushies and toys section.

In this digital Era I still believe in owning hard copy music, so this is my go to store for that and their staff are normally available and helpful.
