Really disappointed with my daughters first ever haircut. I specifically asked for no fringe and Harry advised he would just ?soften the front? instead he?s cut her in a fringe more than a cm over her eyebrows. We were so happy with the growth of her hair over the last 18 months and now it?s been cut to look like a little boy. To add to my disappointment I was charged £16 when the website clearly states £9-£12 for under 5?s. Upon querying this the following day I did not get an apology or a refund, just a clarification that prices had gone up and they hadn?t updated their website since Covid. It?s November 2022. Harry was dismissive of my concern at the website not being correct and just got me off the phone as quick as possible as though it was my fault they hadn?t updated their prices. I will not be returning.Service: Kids' cuts

Went in as a new customer and felt so at ease instantly! They listened to what I wanted and gave recommendations to dye and style my hair to create a beautiful end result.You can tell they care about their customers more than anything and are amazingly talented at what they do

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. my hair is permanently damaged and i received chemical burns on the back of my neck from the poor quality performance from this stylist. i thought giving my hair time to see if the results would look better would work but 6 months later my hair is very damaged and frail. thinking about the professional side of this business that i would of been given advice on whats best to do with my hair, i was ignored considering my hair was already in a state, now i have learnt that stylists should not perm hair that is already damaged when at the time i was completely oblivious to this. i thought i could trust the stylist in informing me what was right for my hair but no, it seemed like they were more in tuned with the amount of money they were making rather than the needs of their customers. personally it felt like they used me and tried to make it seem like they were people you could trust in knowing whats best for you but it was not. therefore i will never be returning and i would not reccomend this place to anyoneServices: Hairstyling

Came for two fringes for my daughters. Was served by a senior hairdresser. One of the fringes was ruined, cut shorter than I asked, and she said, "Oh, she moved and it turned out shorter." Seriously?If you come for a child's haircut, do ask for a hairdresser who is trained how to cut the hair for a child. In the past, young smiling ladies, at this salon were cutting the fringes for my daughters and no problems! My daughters enjoyed last visits.
