Superb service from Trevor of Guildford Audio, who personally delivered and set up my turntable. As a used item, Trevor noticed that the turntable wasn’t quite perfect and that some of the ‘O’ rings needed replacing. A full set were ordered, free of charge and received by post a few days later!
