Went in during the lunch time rush & got a festive bake & sausage roll. Both were room temperature. Greggs used to be a great winter-warmer but these were completely disappointing.

Customer service is very bad. I came to complain about the quality of steak bake. The staff with glasses, polish accent is very rude to me. Her attitude is just want me to go away. I spoke to supervisor Lonela, she is also rude not helpful at all. Very disappointed with Greggs!

Staff are rude, disorderly and slow. Also very disrespectful ESPECIALLY THE MORNING STAFF
Always waiting in line just to get to the counter
Then they are slow there and distracted with other things
Plenty of times I?m being served and they start dealing with other people and things

The last time i went out with a friend, the lady who served us was unreasonably rude after we tried to order two chicken bakes. When i pointed out that she had only given us one, she sassily replied "you wanted chicken". yes, we wanted chicken, but we had asked for two. it wasnt a problem if she misheard us, but she could have just added another chicken bake without the eye-roll and attitude she gave us after we pointed out her mistake.

The servers working are so rude! I went in with my younger brother just to ask for some tap water and the short lady at the till made a visibly disgusted face when we asked. Even after filling it up and giving it back to us, she made sure to let us know she was repulsed. If they don?t want to give decent customer service then don?t work in a customer facing role!!

Around 1pm today. Katy was incredibly rude. Seemed very moody and unhappy to serve customers. Gave me the wrong food but I had already left the shop by the time I realised. I found the transaction very frustrating due to their attitude towards customers.
