The only tastiest and freshly prepared burgers in town. The quality is superb, and the service is fantastic. The staff are friendly, and the burgers are a flavor explosion and fresh. Highly recommend trying their delicious offerings. A must-visit spot for burger lovers!

Some of the best burgers and chips ever. It is very pricy but the meal portions are unreal. A normal fries are for two people and a large is for 3/4. The burgers are so well done and they are always so quick. The burgers are so hot when they come out but not in the over done way. I like knowing my food is fresh and well prepared. Would recommend for a quick lunch. But not for a family of four or more unless you are wanting to spend about 50 pound.

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is obviously the price. 3 people was £65. This is the price of a sit down meal in a restaurant. If they actually made it more like a restaurant with table service, I could justify the prices more but as it is, at good as the food was (and it is very good food), I will only be visiting on the odd occasion. The staff were very friendly and offered good advice on menu choices and portion sizes. The place was clean with plenty of seating. Perhaps a screen showing which orders are ready for collection (like Argos) would be better than staff constantly shouting at the top of their voices. It did ruin the atmosphere a littleWheelchair accessibility: No steps from street to food counter and seating.

Have been today in the store, tried the new ?pistachio?milkshake. A bit expensive but is worth. Staff very polite and helpful as always and amazing quality and service. I recommend it ??

Mahmoud is the best member of staff I have come across in a long time. I always return to this Five Guys specifically because of the excellent customer service. The food is great, but the top service they provide makes it an even better experience. Thank you Mahmoud and keep up the great work.

Let?s be honest 5 guys burgers are amazing but a little bit small for the price I am still hungry to be honest and £4.25 for a soda is utterly ridiculous re fill or not, will give the drink a miss next time and get a can elsewhere.

Probably the best burger in Guildford but quite expensive given that it's fast food. I feel that the fries should be a little less salty. You now need a code to access the toilets and they seem to have hired a smartly dressed security guard (both of these things are recent developments).
