Any part for any car! Just not the part I want despite buying one from them just a year ago which has failed, apparently they don't my thermostat housing anymore, so how do you intend to provide me with a warranty which is only halfway through? Quite a rude telephone manner aswell. Here's another negative to add to your review collection!

For a large store serving a large area, you'd think they'd have more staff on tills. Left empty handed again today as the queue didn't move. Service is so slow. Will avoid Guildford store at all costs from now on.

The reception was exceptional and was attended to in just a few seconds on arrival by smiling faces of a gentleman and a lady. Was given choice to choose which parts l needed according to price and affordability. Keep up the good work guys.

Went there to get oil for my vehicle? The person on the desk was chatting endlessly with his mate looking for cars or something, having me waiting for more than 15 min before he finally left without buying anything so I could be served. At the end he sold me the wrong for my vehicle oil.
