Website misinformed. Very disappointed. Travelled a fair distance to visit for mothers birthday. Was made to sit outside in the yellow weather warning winds and rain, as we had a very well behaved elderley dog who wasnt an assistance dog. The website said it was dog friendly. Needs updating. Was shouted at for my dog urinating on the path. Rude staff. Left to feel embarrassed for owning a dog.

Small but very well stocked garden centre in a beautiful location in the grounds of Clandon Park House.Very good food served in either the air conditioned restaurant or outside if you like the sunshine.

The garden centre shop at Clandon Park is very good but my first experience of placing an order was very unsatisfactory. The website says that you will receive an email or text message about the delivery date. Neither of these arrived.Instead, the delivery team turned up unannounced a few days after my order. The website says that you do not need to be at home for a delivery to be made and I assume that the order would have been left, insecure, on my driveway in full view of the road if I had been out. This is not acceptable.I like to support our local businesses and will visit the shop when necessary but Edwins has lost one customer for online purchases in future. There are plenty of online suppliers with a delivery system that works professionally.

Lovely breakfast..staff very friendly too...my only small criticism is that it took an age to get our order but otherwise lovely.

This Garden centre cafe (now called Edwin's) is a hidden treasure inside a beautiful garden centre in the grounds of Clandon House (which is still shrouded in plastic after the fire 10 years ago). You enter the grounds driving past the house along a small country road. There are always parking places and the cafe can be found inside the shop area itself. There are a choice of pleasant inside tables in the air-conditioned part or outside on the large patio under sun umbrellas. The food is all home cooked and there is a good selection of Quiches, jacket potatoes, breakfast and children's menus. As a vegetarian I always find lots of options. The service is now table service and the staff are attentive, efficient and polite. There is the usual range of hot and cold drinks and delicious home made puddings, e.g. lemon drizzle cake. The shop has many high quality garden products ranging from hoses to discounted books on many subjects and a wide range of birthday and special occasion cards. The outside has very good plants which last well ranging from popular geraniums to rarer plants and lots of vegetables and fruit trees. It also has a good range of garden furniture. Unlike some of the chain garden centres this one provides excellent service, is rarely crowded and unhurried. I often take my grandchildren there who like the meal and snacks and then can wander around the outside area looking at plants and listening to the birds

I recently visited this coffee shop, and unfortunately, I had a pretty disappointing experience. First of all, the coffee was not up to the standards I was expecting. It was bitter and tasted burnt, which made it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the atmosphere was not very welcoming or cozy, making it hard to relax and enjoy my drink. The staff also seemed disinterested and unengaged with me and I noticed that a bit of discrimination as well I was watching them receiving couples and families that seem to be a middle class the customer service were a bit better and they quite knew I wasn't from there. When I asked a question about the menu, the barista seemed annoyed and gave me a short and unhelpful answer. Customer service is a significant factor in the coffee shop experience, and unfortunately, this place did not deliver it at all. I didn't see a smile in any of the staff in that place which made me feel uncomfortable, sadly it is te only place near by.Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to this coffee shop. I was hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but the poor coffee quality, unwelcoming atmosphere, and disinterested staff left me feeling dissatisfied. I won't be returning.

The whole team are so friendly and clearly have a passion for their work and the manager should pass back this good feedback. I purchased a bonsai tree 4 weeks ago and it was looking very sad so i to it in for advice and tlc today and had the utmost care , advice and knowledge from Justin so I hope he has saved my bonsai but as mentioned the whole team are amazing. From a loyal follower

The service was very slow. 2 sandwiches ok but notice we were overcharged. When queried the young man agreed and went to refer. He then came back and advised that the bill was right things had gone up but the menus had not been changed! He then just walked off no apology. Will not be returning.
