My experience of purchasing a bed and frame in the Guildford Dream store for my 91 year old mother can only be described as outstanding.
Pauline the assistant providing help to us was highly knowledgeable and professional. She took considerable time to listen to our requirements and took a very individual approach to our needs.
I would recommend Dreams and Pauline most highly.

So pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and knowledge shown by
Lisa in the Guildford branch. I was taken through the Sleepmatch process and shown the recommendations. Plus my delivery has been scheduled within a fortnight for new bed and mattress. Really pleased.

Walked in on a Sunday lunchtime, not really sure what I wanted/ needed...to find the most helpful lady, Lisa, who talked and walked the store with me explaining all my options.

I came in today not knowing I would officially find the perfect bed I needed. LISA, who was the assistant helping me today, was so welcoming, friendly, extremely helpful, and so easy to talk to. Couldn?t believe she had only worked there 2 weeks! Brilliant customer service and so happy I had chosen to go in today!

We received excellent service today at Dreams in Guildford. We were assisted by Lisa and she couldn?t have been more helpful. It being her first day in the role she referred to colleagues when necessary to ensure she gave us the right information and advice, but was attentive and keen to assist us. She even brought us drinks while we used the sleep match system - which can be used to recommend your ideal mattress. I was somewhat skeptical of it, but the recommendations were very good. When we came to place our order Lisa took all of the details, checked and double checked the order and remained calm when we made a late change after the order was complete. Thanks to Lisa and her colleagues for making the purchasing of our new bed straightforward and fun.

5 star service - we had the privilege to be served by Iancu who was simply amazing. Knew his stuff, very accommodating, a very talented salesman. We walked in wanting to buy a mattress and ended up buying 2 with 2 pillows! Highly recommend.
