We had a great experience at this store today. Pauline was exceptionally helpful. Really knowledgeable, with no hard sell. It was a very pleasant transaction, with coffees and a computer that told us what sort of mattress we should get! We bought a lot - which we had NOT intended to do today. We were just researching but she made us feel we'd found the correct answers!

We were so pleased to have bought our new guest bed from Dreams yesterday, we were greeted by Pauline in a lovely friendly manner, and were shown all of the beds meeting our criteria.We chose the bed we wanted and over a coffee finalised the order, and a very quick delivery time was offered by Pauline.We are very impressed with the service we received.

Fast and efficient. When you enter the store, the choice is overwhelming. Having it simplified by an expert make a big difference. You just assume the computerised measuring system offered real scientific insight - but who knows. At least it made you feel it might have. Proof will be in the sleeping.

The staff at the Guildford Dreams Store, Anna and her colleague, I didn't catch his name, were welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable on the products available. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.

Guildford DreamsWe were served by Anna, Store Manager. From arrival very helpful, assisted us by suggesting the helpful 'computer' bed which helps select the best mattress based on posture, form, injuries etc. Very good service and a free decent coffee too! Delivery likely within a month which is a bonus too.

What a pleasure it was to visit this shop.I dealt with a lady called Anna who new all about the products they had and more. She listened to what i said showed me all the options made sensible suggestions and enabled me to buy three beds and mattresses with out tearing my hair out . I was also offered coffee which i needed when i walked in. I lay on numerous mattresses until we found the correct ones, tried them with different pillows until i felt confident that i would get a good nights sleep.If you want to be served by someone who knows what they are doing and is polite and helpful go to Dreams of Guildford and ask for Anna.

Anna was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful, helping my wife and I choose a new mattress. We were never pressured, and were encouraged to try out many combinations of mattress and pillow. Excellent service. Can't wait for new mattress, pillows and frame to be delivered.
