Not reccomended. Sadly gels were peeling within hours of application. A free repair was offered and that too chipped (from the top and nail bed) within days. Sadly I had no time to go back in for another repair before I left for a work trip and so nails were embarrassingly chipped.Photos show nails after 2 days, 4 days and 8 days.Eight days on they look appalling.Just called the salon hoping given my experience (and that I have photos from 2 days in) and Amy point blank refuses to remove and re do. Their policy is to repair only. Do not reccomend at all. Extremely disappointed.

Usually this place is very good, though my last visit was disappointing. Running up to Xmas, it's very busy and they squeezed me in. When i got there i had a total of 3 different people do various stages of my nails, and the paint job at the end of it is not the best I've had from there. To top things off they charged me an extra tenner on top, making my nails £45 in total because the colour wasn't theirs, despite this place being my usual!

Nails lasted 5 days!2 of them just clipped off, and all the other would be open from the cuticles to the middle of the nail. Imagine the pain!

Gave very generous 3 stars as they have user unfriendly policies around gift cards and card payments. We got stuck with gift card because my wife did treatment upgrade and they didn?t accept card payment for remaining balance under £15. This meant we paid in full with idea to return. When we did we asked if we can use the gift card that now expired 4 days ago, they blamed computer and that they dont know how to do this on system. (Also avoiding direct answer) Not to mention that this would be upgrade treatment again. This is family owned business not corporation, absolutely they could.

Catalina from Dovecote Beauty Salon was absolutely wonderful, she had such an attention to detail and seemed to really care about the work she was doing to my nails, which is not always the case at nail salons! This was by far the best experience I have ever had and I am so pleased with the result. I will most definitely be back. Note that you cannot tip by card, so if you wish to, take some cash along with you. Thank you Catalina!

Not totally happy, but lovely staff. Two nails were not successful. Had to go back twice for repairs and one of them has peeled for a third time so not sure what has happened . As one nail had chipped after 48 hours TWICE (on holiday and no swimming, or housework) asked them to remove nails free of charge as a goodwill gesture - they refused. Will NOT be returning, sadly.

We thought we were very lucky to get a last minute appointment, once we had arrived we were ushered to our seats and we were a little disappointed to see that there were no massage chairs (not a big deal but it's usually a nice perk).As we were being worked on we started to notice that the staff were rushing on the gel and rushing through the steps while dabing on the ointments hurriedly (feet had less than a minute to soak). We were very disappointed that the service and will not be returning. Sharp edges remained on our toe nails, and after the 30 seconds foot scrub lots of dead skin remained which has never happened after a pedicure before.There was no skin razor used to remove the dead skin and approximately 30 seconds with one scrub was all the underneath of our feet got so out heels are still quite rough. All in all they took 15 minutes to do a 30 minute appointment.The polish was the only thing done to standard.We were very disappointed with the service and will not be returning.Service: Pedicure

I have been there 3 times already for the shellac manicure and always had an amazing experience! It's a great combo of price, service and quality. Shoutout to the nail artist, who did an incredible job with my cuticles yesterday before doing a manicure. Thank you!

I got my eyebrows done last week by Sarah. I was nervous because I don't normally go to salons and didn't want much off. She threaded them beautifully and did not edit the shape as I asked her not to. She also was very reassuring throughout. I would go back.Service: Eyebrow shaping
