Parking: There is parking in front of the store or around it if you choose a time outside of rush hour or better choose home delivery if it is during busy time! Simple and easy when using the app

Credit to Dominoes. My place is hard to find but they made a real effort to do so and the person who knocked in the door could not gave been more apologetic about the delay. The pizza was nice too

Ordered food to be delivered to near the courts. My other half ended up walking to the outside McDonald's because the deliver driver clearly doesn't know guildford. My boyfriend tried his hardest to give him directions to follow, the driver couldn't understand him. This isn't the first time delivery from this place has been shocking. I pay delivery everytime but I think I've only answered my door twice. Every other time I have to leave my building and go looking for the delivery drivers. Just save your time, money and energy and don't order from here.
2 weeks later, still waiting on my refund.

It?s safe to say this is the absolute worst Dominos in existence, by a country mile, and I?ve tried my fair share. An utter shambles. Incapable of getting orders right, incompetent and unhelpful staff who make no attempt to rectify the situation once the inevitable happens. Shut it down, please, so I never make the mistake of attempting to place an order there.

Don't bother adding 'extra sauce' on your pizza as the Guildford store never add it, so you'll be wasting the topping money. I've pointed this their customer service team and they've issued apologies but time & time again, they ignore the order and there's more or less just a pizza dough base & cheese, with little to no tomato sauce. If you order a classic crust too, you'll more often than not get the most 'Thin & Crispy' base they could possibly create. Let me put it this way - there's a reason the Guildford store only has a 2.5 star rating. Delivery is decent, but out of the various Surrey/Hampire Domino's stores that I've ordered from, Guildford is by far the worst store you could order from. To get the pizza that is satisfactory it's a very random gamble as the quality is never consistent, and more often than not, extremely poor.

Without a doubt the worst pizza experience i've had to date. Avoid buying food from this place. Imagine spending £30+ on pizza for it to turn up like this. So disappointing.
