Terrible experience. My wife has a stye which is something she unfortunately gets every year. There is a particular gel that is very effective and given the frequency of her styes, she has tried many different treatments. I (her husband) went to buy it but was refused ?without the patient present?. This was even after I explained that it is something I have purchased many times over the years. It is an ?off the shelf? item which makes the whole experience even more bizarre. If you?re buying something on behalf of someone else, I would avoid this place.

been with the practice now nearly 50 years my husband and family have all found them friendly and helpful we can allways get an appointment fast ..friendly staff and doctors 5 out of 5 star rateing..

You never know what you are going to get when you call. Now and again you get someone who is helpful but today I got someone who shouldn't be doing this job that she obviously doesn't like. She was rude and abrasive and cut me off without even a goodbye. How do people like this even get the job in the first place. Some customer comes first lessons should be applied.

Weird experience there today as filling out my prescription seemed like a huge inconvenience with loads of huffing and puffing, woman with red hair got very annoyed when I said I?d been waiting a while. Her computer keyboard took a bit of a hammering looking up my details and confirming I wasn?t making it all up. Very odd.

Rang up today waiting ages and ended up talking to a receptionist that was not helpful at all god knows how she got a job as a receptionist in the first place. ? very annoyed she cut me off whilst asking advice.

I have gone in there a couple of times and I find them really unfriendly & approachable. I'm new to the area and would rather travel further than use them again. As a pharmacy, it's disappointing.

Pharmists themselves are always very helpful and friendly sadly the same cant be said for their receptionists. Unhelpful and generally rude left me feeling quite disappointed with the whole experience.
